Camp Hornet Summer Camp

REGISTRATION IS OPEN 
FOR THE 2023 SUMMER PROGRAM
 
The City of Hiram is excited to be back this summer and begin having fun all summer long with our 7 week 
SUMMER CAMP Program, CAMP HORNET beginning June 5, 2023.

New this year we will be moving from our old location 
at 186 Oak Street, Hiram, Ga 30141 to our NEW LOCATION, 76 SEABOARD STREET HIRAM, GA 30141
 
All campers must be between the ages of 5 - 12 as of 
June 1st.  All 5 year olds must have completed kindergarten, unless registered and attending the same time as an older sibling.
 
Field trips are included in registration fees.
   
 
 
 2023 Registration Fees:

Registration cost for the 7-week Summer Camp:
Campers residing within Hiram City Limits: $850.00
Campers residing outside of Hiram City Limits:  $950.00
A Sibling Discount of $50.00 is deducted from the total registration.

Weekly Registrations will be accepted on a limited basis. The rate per week is $150.00 per child with no sibling discount.  At the time of registration you will need to submit which weeks attendance is needed so accommodations can be made for field trips.

Payment Installments:
 
Full-time 7 week enrollments:                                                    
First Payment: $100.00/$50.00 sibling at time of registration
Second Payment: $375.00 City/$425.00 Non City on 06/05/2023
Third Payment: $375.00 City/$425.00 Non City on 7/10/2023

Weekly Enrollments:                                                                      
First Payment: $50.00 at time of registration
Second Payment: The total of all weeks of attendance during the month of June less the $50 paid at time of registration is due on the first Monday of attendance
Third Payment: The total of all weeks of attendance during the month of July due on the first Monday of attendance in July.

Camp Hornet Parent Handbook:

• Camp Schedule: Camp Hornet activities will be scheduled between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours of operation are 7:00am until 6:00pm for the dates listed below.   
  

• Camp will begin on Monday, June 5, 2023 through Friday, July 28, 2023.  

• There will be no Camp during the week of July 3rd  – July 7th due to the 4th of July Holiday. 

We are busy planning Curriculum and Activities. A schedule will be made available to Parents the week before Camp Hornet begins.
